Classroom or remote learning decision looms for thousands of Greater Cincinnati parents

WLWT Cincinnati |

Many parents throughout Greater Cincinnati are facing a quandary. They’re being asked by school officials to decide whether they want to send their elementary, middle or high school students back to class this fall or have them learn remotely from home.

“We’re going to try to get them to give us a commitment on who’s going to come to school and who’s not,” said Dawn Gould, spokeswoman for Kings Local Schools in Warren County. “At that point, we’ll be able to work on our transportation and more of our classroom, kind of capacities, too.”
