NW Ohio: State data show little virus in area schools, but testing not required

State numbers tracking positive coronavirus cases in students and staff paint an encouraging picture of relatively virus-free schools and minuscule spread, whether students are receiving in-person instruction full-time or only a couple days a week.

But a lack of mandatory testing makes it hard to tell whether it’s an accurate portrait.
