According to Three Rivers School officials, a staff member tested positive on Thursday.
In a letter sent home to families, officials said the health department determined the entire class had to quarantine until Oct. 16. That includes extracurricular activities.
“This decision was not made lightly and we truly appreciate the support and recommendation from the Health Department. Although it is certainly not the news we wanted, we are committed to continuing to do everything we can to keep our students in school,” said Lisa Whiteley, director of communications for the district.
