Cincinnati Business Courier |

Northern Kentucky University named Danielle McDonald as its inaugural diversity fellow. McDonald is responsible for advancing NKU’s strategic inclusive and global awareness goals alongside Darryl Peal, chief diversity officer.

McDonald serves as the assistant department chair for the Department of Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Organizational Leadership and has taught criminal justice at NKU for 12 years.

Her courses examine how people experience the criminal justice system differently based upon their ethnicity, class and gender, and the best practices to address these inequities.
