Adam Reed, principal at Wyoming High School since 2019, will leave the district at the end of the school year for the same position at Loveland High School, Wyoming officials said Wednesday. Reed will succeed Peggy Johnson, who in January announced her plans to retire.
Tim Weber, superintendent of Wyoming City Schools, thanked Reed for his leadership and dedication in an email to parents and community members. He said the district of 1,955 students has already begun the search for Reed’s replacement, a process that will continue over the next few months.
Prior to Wyoming High School, Reed was associate principal of the ninth grade at Milford High School and a high school social studies teacher at Fairfield High School and Northwest High School.
